Ibiza Calm in Barcelona: Building connections in mental health and wellbeing
Contents
Today, Thursday 21st May, Ibiza Calm hosted an introductory lunch at Restaurant Windsor, bringing together professional contacts and respected colleagues from the fields of psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychology for an afternoon of conversation and connection.
Set within one of the city’s most established Catalonian restaurants, Restaurant Windsor provided a calm and welcoming setting in which to share more about Ibiza Calm’s integrated approach to mental health and addiction treatment.
Creating space for professional dialogue
The lunch offered an opportunity for thoughtful discussion around the evolving landscape of mental healthcare, collaborative treatment approaches and the importance of professional connection within the field.
Throughout the afternoon, guests exchanged perspectives on the increasing need for integrated and multidisciplinary models of care, as well as the value of strengthening trusted professional relationships across psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychological support services.
As conversations surrounding mental health continue to develop internationally, opportunities for clinicians and specialists to come together in open and reflective settings remain increasingly valuable. Gatherings such as these encourage the sharing of knowledge, experience and clinical insight while fostering meaningful professional connections within the wider mental health community.
Ibiza Calm’s approach
During the lunch, members of the Ibiza Calm team shared further insight into the clinic’s therapeutic philosophy and multidisciplinary treatment model, which combines evidence-based clinical care with personalised support in a discreet and restorative setting on the island of Ibiza.
The afternoon also provided an opportunity to introduce new colleagues to Ibiza Calm’s work in mental health, addiction recovery, trauma treatment and emotional wellbeing.
