Alvaro Guzzo

Álvaro Gozzo is a passionate chef who enjoys preparing a wide variety of cuisines and adapting his cooking to suit the individual needs and preferences of each guest. He takes pride in creating delicious, balanced meals and believes that good food plays an important role in wellbeing and bringing people together.
Álvaro trained in Uruguay at the Universidad del Trabajo del Uruguay (UTU), where he developed the strong culinary foundations that have supported his career in professional kitchens. Over the years he has gained valuable international hospitality experience, working in respected establishments including the Radisson Hotel in Montevideo, as well as restaurants and hotels in Punta del Este and Ibiza, such as Ocean Drive Hotel and Hotel Llobet.
In the kitchen, Álvaro is known for his versatility and organisation, preparing daily menus, creating nourishing meals for guests and staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work he enjoys listening to music, reading, going to the cinema and practising sports, and he is currently studying English in Ibiza.
