Ilaria Lenti

Ilaria Lenti graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” as a Clinical Psychologist and from the University of L’Aquila, Italy, as a sexologist. Ilaria is also a trained Group Analyst and a Mindfulness psychosomatic teacher.

Alongside her private practice work in Rome, Ilaria previously worked in an anti-violence centre.

Ilaria follows a holistic path, where meditation is a central part of her life. Ilaria loves being in nature and brings this passion to her role at Ibiza Calm, where she has worked since May 2018.
