Ainara Minaya Alonso

Ainara Minaya Alonso is a qualified nurse who graduated from the University of Barcelona at Bellvitge Hospital. She holds a master’s degree in emergency medicine and has completed additional specialist training in drug intoxication and managing agitated patients. She is currently continuing her professional development through further study.

Before joining Ibiza Calm in April 2024, Ainara worked in the emergency departments of Igualada Hospital (Barcelona), Clínica del Rosario (Ibiza), and the Emergency and Intensive Care Department at Can Misses Hospital in Ibiza.

Ainara finds great fulfilment in seeing the positive transformations that clients experience during their time at Ibiza Calm. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is witnessing clients return home as the best version of themselves—renewed and full of positivity.

Outside of work, Ainara is passionate about sport and staying active. Whether swimming in the pool or sea, running, or cycling, she makes time every day for what she calls “meditation in motion”—a practice that keeps her energised and centred.
