Alejandro (Alex)

Alejandro (Alex) Lledó Carballo is a qualified nurse with over ten years of experience in emergency care, surgery, and intensive care. He holds a degree in nursing, with specialisations in emergency and out-of-hospital services and the use of ultrasound in clinical care. He is also a certified aquatic and sports lifeguard.

Before joining Ibiza Calm, Alex worked for eight years in Madrid in emergency rooms, operating theatres, and intensive care units. He has spent the past two years living and working in Ibiza, where he divides his time between the island’s intensive care unit and Ibiza Calm. He is currently undertaking further studies in emergency and intensive care nursing.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys sports—particularly basketball, football, swimming, running, and hiking. He also has a keen interest in economics and is passionate about ongoing study and professional development.

Before joining Ibiza Calm, Pete co-owned and ran a successful business in the UK’s financial sector, where he worked alongside two business partners and managed a team of 550 staff.

Pete’s favourite aspect of his work is being of service—offering compassionate empathy and contributing positively to each client’s recovery journey. A valued team player, Pete provides practical and emotional support to both clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Pete enjoys hiking across Ibiza’s hills, especially at sunrise and sunset, mountain biking, cycling the island, snorkelling in the summer, and walking his dog. He also co-hosts a podcast with a friend called The Bear Chat Podcast.
