Joe Bradley

Joe Bradley is a support worker and peer support team member at Ibiza Calm. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and a TEFL qualification and previously worked as a 1:1 support worker in complex care in the UK. Joe also brings a broad professional background, having gained experience in hospitality, marketing, and teaching.

Joe’s favourite part of the job is spending quality time with clients—engaging in meaningful conversations and playing a small part in their recovery journey. He also enjoys the tranquillity of the setting, especially the night skies at the centre, which he takes time to appreciate each evening.

Outside of work, Joe spends his free time exploring Ibiza by foot, bicycle, motorbike, or paddle board. A keen cook, he especially enjoys barbecuing during the summer months.
